Does Reignite integrate with my existing platform?
Yes - Reignite works with all marketing automation platforms. You can choose to include your personalised catalog content either with our HTML tags or with our JSON data feed.
How long does implementation take?
Typically an implementation takes 4-6 weeks depending on the range of data you require to sync with Reignite.
As a minimum we require a feed of your Catalog but most clients choose to send us additional customer and transactional data to expose data that makes our recipes more compelling and relevant for customers, along with powering our predictive AI models.
How does you pricing work?
Reignite is priced on a monthly or annual licence fee based upon a number of usage points. These include total number of impressions, peak sending speed and volume of data records we hold.
Many clients can't accurately forecast their predicted usage so we develop a flexible tariff for them or agree a fair usage model for predictable budgeting.
Do you offer a free trial?
The customised nature of Reignite implementations and multiple data feed setup mean we can't offer a free trial. However, we do offer clients a pilot of up to 3-months to ensure they are comfortable with the platform.
What channels does Reignite support?
The primary channel brands use Reignite for is email. However, Reignite can also be used across any CRM channel including SMS, WhatsApp, In-app and even Direct Mail.
While technically Reignite can be used for on-site recommendations our focus is on inspiring the next purchase rather than converting or cross-selling in existing journeys.
