Yes. Reignite works with all marketing automation platforms. You can include personalised catalog content using Reignite HTML tags or a JSON data feed.

How long does implementation take?

Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the range of data you require to sync with Reignite.

What data does Reignite require?

At minimum, a catalog feed is required. Most clients also send additional customer and transactional data to make recipes more compelling and to power predictive AI models.

How is Reignite priced?

Reignite is priced on a monthly or annual licence fee based on usage points, including impressions, peak sending speed, and the volume of data records held. Flexible tariffs or fair-usage models are available for predictable budgeting.

Do you offer a free trial?

No, due to the customised nature of implementations and multiple data feeds. A pilot of up to 3 months is available.

Is Reignite only for email?

Email is the primary channel. Reignite can also be used across CRM channels including SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and direct mail.
